Jolanta’s journey into aesthetics began through her background in Nursing and Biomedicine, combined with a deep interest in how the skin renews, heals, and responds to treatment. Over the years, she has refined her approach to focus on regenerative aesthetic medicine, where treatments such as polynucleotides, skin boosters, and microneedling support the skin’s natural ability to repair and rejuvenate.

Meet the Founder
Advanced Aesthetic Nurse | Independent Nurse Prescriber | Founder of SkinVitál Clinic
Originally from Lithuania, Jolanta Rusakoviene holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in English Language and Literature with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). She also earned Honours degrees in Nursing and Biomedicine, and a Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Aesthetic Medicine. Her academic journey blends language, science and teaching—foundations that inform how she communicates with patients and designs treatments.
Jolanta’s clinical career began in the NHS, working across multiple hospitals in South West London including St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Croydon University Hospital, East Surrey Hospital and Chelsea & Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. She worked in Recovery Rooms and Emergency Departments, gaining a strong clinical grounding in critical care, safety protocols and patient-centred handling of complex cases.
She then moved into the aesthetic and pharmaceutical industry, working for Allergan and the AbbVie Company as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. There she underwent highly advanced training, and went on to teach many doctors and nurses in the UK on MD Codes™ theory and techniques—focusing on how to inject HA dermal fillers and anti-wrinkle treatments to achieve natural results. In 2022 and 2024 Jolanta assisted world-renowned plastic surgeon Maurício de M aio during his MD Codes Tours, supporting live injection demonstrations and global education forums. For example: MD Codes Live Tour London 2024 and MD Codes Institute.
Later, Jolanta moved into medical education as Medical Education Manager at DermaFocus Ltd, where she created and delivered training materials on polynucleotides, exosomes and advanced chemical peels for aesthetic practitioners.
Currently, Jolanta works closely with PRP Pure and delivers advanced training on the use of PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) and PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) in aesthetic medicine as regenerative treatments—helping practitioners integrate cutting-edge biology into practice.
