Originally from Lithuania, Jolanta Rusakoviene has a background that brings together language, science, and care. She holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in English Language and Literature with Qualified Teacher Status, along with Honours degrees in Nursing and Biomedicine, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine. This unique mix of expertise shapes the way she communicates with patients and thoughtfully tailors their treatments.

Skinboosters vs HA Fillers

Both treatments use hyaluronic acid, but they do very different things. Skinboosters are an injectable moisturiser placed just beneath the skin's surface to restore deep hydration, improve texture and create a natural glow, without changing your face shape. HA fillers are thicker gels placed deeper, designed to add volume, lift and structure to areas like the cheeks, lips and jawline.

Can I have both treatments together?

Yes, they complement each other well. A filler addresses volume loss while a skinbooster improves overall skin quality and radiance. Jolanta will recommend the right combination during your consultation.

Which is better for fine lines?

Skinboosters work well for fine lines caused by dehydration and poor skin texture. For deeper lines or folds, a filler is more effective. The right choice depends on the cause, which is why a consultation always comes first.

Will I look different after a skinbooster?

Not in shape, no. Your face structure won't change. The result is healthier, more hydrated, refreshed skin, often described as the "just back from holiday" glow.

I founded SkinVitál Clinic two years ago to create a space where aesthetic medicine feels thoughtful, safe, and genuinely personal. My clinical background began in the NHS, working in Recovery and Emergency Departments across South West London, where patient care and safety were always the priority. I later moved into aesthetics and medical education, becoming a Clinical Nurse Specialist with Allergan (AbbVie) and working alongside leading practitioners internationally, including assisting Professor Maurício de Maio during his MD Codes™ tours.

Originally from Lithuania, my background blends language, science, and care, shaping the way I listen to and communicate with my patients. At SkinVitál Clinic, I focus on regenerative aesthetic medicine treatments that support the skin's natural function and long-term health. Career

Jolanta or Jo began her clinical career in the NHS, working across several major South West London hospitals in Recovery and Emergency Departments, where she developed strong experience in critical care, safety, and managing complex cases.

Jolanta later moved into aesthetics and pharmaceuticals, becoming a Clinical Nurse Specialist with Allergan (AbbVie), receiving advanced training and teaching doctors and nurses across the UK in MD Codes™ techniques for natural injectable results. She also assisted world-renowned plastic surgeon Maurício de Maio during his international MD Codes™ tours in 2022 and 2024.

Jolanta then went on to work as Medical Education Manager at DermaFocus Ltd, creating training programmes on polynucleotides, exosomes and advanced peels. Today, Jolanta collaborates with PRP Pure, providing advanced training in PRP and PRF regenerative treatments to help clinicians bring innovative biology into everyday practice.
