This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how SkinVital Clinic handles delivery, returns, exchanges, and related matters for products purchased through our website.
This policy applies to retail products purchased online from SkinVital Clinic. It does not apply to in-clinic treatments, consultations, injectable procedures, prescription-only services, or other appointment-based services, which are governed separately by our Terms and Conditions. SkinVital Clinic provides both in-clinic aesthetic services and an online shop selling skincare and related products.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently dispatch eligible retail products to addresses within the United Kingdom, and in some cases to Ireland, depending on the product and any manufacturer, regulatory, or courier restrictions.
Please note that some products may have shipping limitations. For example, certain items on the SkinVital Clinic website already state that they cannot be shipped outside of the UK or Ireland. If a product is subject to destination restrictions, this will apply even if other products can be sent more widely.
We reserve the right to cancel or restrict any order where delivery is not permitted, impractical, unsafe, or non-compliant with product or courier requirements.
2. Processing Times
We aim to process and dispatch in-stock product orders promptly. SkinVital Clinic’s current website wording states that product orders are generally shipped within 1 to 2 days, and that the clinic aims to dispatch within 24 hours where products are in stock. The current site also states that shipping takes place Monday to Saturday.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Processing times may be longer during busy periods, promotional periods, holidays, stock delays, or where additional verification is required.
3. Delivery Times
Once dispatched, delivery times will depend on the delivery address, courier service, and service level selected at checkout, where applicable.
Estimated delivery windows are provided for guidance only. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
SkinVital Clinic currently advertises free secure shipping for orders over £75 on at least some product pages. Where a free shipping threshold applies, it will be subject to the website’s current checkout settings and any exclusions in force at the time of purchase.
We may update shipping charges, thresholds, or delivery options from time to time without prior notice.
5. Incorrect Address Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of ordering.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and this causes delay, loss, return, or redelivery costs, we reserve the right to:

7. Risk and Ownership
Ownership of products passes to you once full payment has been received and the order has been dispatched.

We want customers to shop with confidence, but due to the nature of skincare, beauty, and clinic-related retail items, returns are only accepted in appropriate circumstances.

11. Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about an eligible product order, please contact us before returning anything.
Where a return is approved, the item must be sent back in accordance with our instructions. Unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or not as described, the customer may be responsible for return postage costs.
Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless required by law.
