Originally from Lithuania, Jolanta Rusakoviene has a background that brings together language, science, and care. She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in English Language and Literature with Qualified Teacher Status, along with Honours degrees in Nursing and Biomedicine, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine. This unique mix of expertise shapes the way she communicates with patients and thoughtfully tailors their treatments.

Career

Jolanta began her clinical career in the NHS, working across several major South West London hospitals in Recovery and Emergency Departments, where she developed strong experience in critical care, safety, and managing complex cases.

Jo later moved into aesthetics and pharmaceuticals, becoming a Clinical Nurse Specialist with Allergan (AbbVie), receiving advanced training and teaching doctors and nurses across the UK in MD Codes™ techniques for natural injectable results. She also assisted world-renowned plastic surgeon Maurício de Maio during his international MD Codes™ tours in 2022 and 2024.

Jo then went on to work as Medical Education Manager at DermaFocus Ltd, creating training programmes on polynucleotides, exosomes and advanced peels. Today, Jolanta collaborates with PRP Pure, providing advanced training in PRP and PRF regenerative treatments to help clinicians bring innovative biology into everyday practice.
