melan tran3x® is the latest-generation depigmenting programme with tranexamic acid. It works best used alongside melan tran3x® gel cream, which is sold separately.

Suitable for use after professional depigmentation treatments such as cosmelan®, dermamelan®, IPL, laser and chemical peels, to enhance and maintain results and help prevent pigmentation returning. Always consult your skincare professional before use to avoid any contraindications.

Then apply mesoestetic Melan Tran3x Daily Depigmenting Gel Cream and massage until completely absorbed.Apply both products morning and night for optimum effectiveness. Then apply melan tran3x cream gel and massage in until fully absorbed. Do not rinse. In the event of direct sun exposure apply a very high sun protection and limit the application of melan tran3x concentrate to night use.
