How to use
Take two capsules daily, with or without food. Zooki suggests taking them in the morning. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, please speak to your doctor or our clinic before use. Contains vitamin A (900µg RE per serving).

The science behind the formula
Per two-capsule serving the formula provides vitamin D3 (25µg), vitamin C (80mg), zinc (10mg), vitamin B12 (3µg) and folate (250µg as L-methylfolate), alongside 100mg CoQ10, 100mg quercetin, choline, curcuminoids, phytosterols, taurine, ashwagandha and lycopene. Vitamin B12 and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
